The apartment will be fully cleaned ready for your arrival, there are no additional charges for water, power, bed linen or towels. We do not insist on a minimum stay and are very flexible with arrival departure dates and times.
There is a good selection of bars, cafes and restaurants situated within easy walking distance from the apartment. A five minute drive takes you to Villamartin Plaza where there is a vast choice of restaurants, several of which feature live music throughout the Summer months. Further afield is the town of Torrevieja which offers local and international cuisines and a vast array of nightlife including bars, clubs, a cinema and a casino.
